Every program begins with understanding the driver.

CCB Group offers three levels of engagement — each structured, each measurable, and each beginning with a diagnostic evaluation that defines exactly what work needs to be done.

Tier 1

Evaluation Program

The entry point. A structured three-day diagnostic that maps a driver's physical capabilities, technical understanding, on-track behavior, and communication patterns. The output is a written assessment and, where applicable, a personalized training and nutrition protocol.

Format: 1 day gym · 2 days on-track · confidential questionnaire · written evaluation report

Tier 2

Season Program

A full coaching engagement across a race season. Christian works directly with the driver on the five pillars — Driver, Mechanic, Engineering, Team, and Management — with structured session planning, event attendance, weekly debriefs, and documented progression tracking.

Format: Pre-season evaluation · ongoing event support · weekly debrief cadence · end-of-season report

Tier 3

Full Management

Complete program management for drivers pursuing a professional career. Contract negotiation, travel logistics, scheduling, legal documentation, team relationship management, and career-step planning — all handled internally.

Format: Full-year engagement · contract and legal coordination · travel and logistics · career pathway planning

The right starting point depends on the driver, the series, and where they are in their development.

Contact us with a brief description of the driver's current program and goals. We will respond with a recommended engagement structure and arrange an initial call with Christian directly.
